“F*ck you, f*ck you, f*ck you, YOU’RE COOL, f*ck you, I’m out!” (NSFW, unless you work in fast food).

Normally, it’s easy to get pretty worked up when one of our favorite movies or TV shows gets removed from their library, but this is actually just pretty funny.

The streaming service is going to be removing ‘Half Baked’ from their streaming library on stoner holiday April 20th. We’re not really sure if Netflix actually plans on removing the film or if this is just some hilarious joke by a more green-friendly content manager, but I guess we’ll all find out come 4/20.

Netflix isn’t one to shy away from the occasional joke, having admitted recently that ‘Binge-watching’ is now an internal staff favorite term coined by fans. There are also rumors that ‘Netflix and Chill‘ is just as beloved, but perhaps slightly less publicly. Who could blame them? There’s no better marketing campaign than implying that a subscription to Netflix could help with your love life.

For those of you who haven’t seen ‘Half Baked’ there’s no time like the present to give it a viewing. The cameos are fantastic and Dave Chappelle appearances are a national treasure. It’s a pretty dumb movie, but it’s very aware of its own place in the universe.
