Netflix has big plans to release dozens of new original titles in 2016, with one of the more anticipated comedies being Ashton Kutcher’s ‘The Ranch.’
The streaming service announced today that ‘The Ranch’ will release on Netflix April 1st, and the show’s star tweeted out the news to confirm:
The series will follow two brothers trying to run a business on a ranch in Colorado. Other details have remained relatively hidden, but we do know the show will premiere April 1st, and will consist of a ‘first batch’ release of 10 episodes before the second half of the first season will release another ten episodes later in 2016.
The show will reunite ‘That 70s Show’ stars Kutcher and Danny Masterson, for a ‘Hyde and Kelso’ round two. While we doubt the two stars will utilize their previous characters for much other than marketing, it’s fun to think about the existing chemistry between the two actors.
