How to Watch The Democratic Debate Online for Free

Bernie or Hillary? Will Biden make a WWE-style entrance at the last minute to announce his candidacy for the democratic ticket? Does anyone else know who is running? Can you stream the democratic debate online for free? What time does the democrat debate start?

Alright we won’t get into the politics of the first few questions above, but we will answer the last two.

A lot of people have been wondering if they can watch tomorrow’s democrat debate online and the answer is yes! CNN of all places has been relatively forward-thinking with a lot of their digital distribution, meaning those without cable subscriptions will be able to watch the debate free through the CNN website.

Will the democratic debate be on Hulu or Netflix? Unlikely as the streaming services don’t have a direct line to CNN content. It would be nice of Hulu were to stream it, but since CNN is offering it for free, we’re not concerned with trying to find a place to stream it.

It’s been great seeing such a major network embrace releasing such an important piece of the political process via their website for free. We believe it’s extremely important for folks to tune into the debates to really learn what each candidate stands for before we make our decision on who to vote for in the 2016 election. So even if you don’t have cable, please tune in online to watch the candidates duke it out for a few hours in what will certainly be an informative discussion of the issues.

The hottest topic of the debate will certainly be Bernie Sanders’ meteoric rise to prominence in an election cycle that many thought he was nothing but a flash in the pan. But certainly his commentary has been resonating with liberals as Clinton has seen her massive lead slowly trickle away as Sanders continues to poll well. Interestingly, Joe Biden, who many speculate will eventually enter the race, has said that he will skip the first debate. Will Biden eventually decide to run? That is yet to be seen.
