Larry David Doesn’t Seem to Care that Seinfeld is coming to Hulu
|This shouldn’t surprise anyone who is even slightly familiar with Seinfeld creator Larry David’s personality.
David was asked in an interview if he was excited that Seinfeld would be streaming on Hulu, to which he simply replied “No, why would I be?”
We decided to make a brief list as to why Larry David should actually be really excited Seinfeld is coming to Hulu.
- People were likely expecting Seinfeld to end up on Netflix, now that it’s on Hulu, it seems there was some disappointment from the cord cutting crowd more partial to Netflix. We all know other people being upset brings Larry David joy.
- People will finally stop asking for him to release Seinfeld to a streaming service, something of which he likely had very little control.
- He can now add even more money to the giant pile of cash he has stacked in a room labeled “Seinfeld money.”
- He can complain about the commercial breaks just like the rest of us. We all know Larry David would go insane with nothing to complain about.
In the same interview, he also told the interviewer, who had asked him about what his next project was, “That’s none of your business.”
While out of context this certainly makes David seem like an ass, he likely doesn’t care in the slightest if you think that’s true. In fact, Larry David likely just wants you to leave him alone with his pile of money, of which he does mention in the interview he’s always excited to add more to.
